Return & Exchange Policy

- Contact us customercare@aimyindia.in within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Ensure the subject of the mail is "The Aimy Store Return and Refund"

Refund Process:

- Upon approval of the return, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the product.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost.
